CALENDAR OF EVENTS

1/11/24 - Thursday, January 11th – Brigadier General E. Porter Alexander Camp #158 will meet at 7:00 p.m. at Sconyers Bar-B-Que Restaurant at 2250 Sconyers Way. Our guest speaker will be announced soon.

1/20/24 - Saturday, January 20th – Brigadier General E. Porter Alexander Camp #158 will hold our annual Lee/Jackson Banquet at Bobby's Bar-B-Que Restaurant on the Aiken/Augusta Highway. Doors open at 5:30 PM and serving begins at 6:30 PM.

2/8/24 - Thursday, February 8th – Brigadier General E. Porter Alexander Camp #158 will meet at 7:00 p.m. at Sconyers Bar-B-Que Restaurant at 2250 Sconyers Way. Our guest speaker will be announced later.

3/14/24 - Thursday, March 14th – Brigadier General E. Porter Alexander Camp #158 will meet at 7:00 p.m. at Sconyers Bar-B-Que Restaurant at 2250 Sconyers Way. Our guest speaker will be Robert Willingham, a historian and book writer from Washington, GA.

3/30/24 - Saturday, March 30th – Brigadier General E. Porter Alexander Camp #158 on Saturday March 30th will hold our annual Confederate Memorial Day observance at Magnolia Cemetery. Our guest speaker will be Mrs. Theresa Pittman of the United Daughters of the Confederacy (UDC).

4/11/24 - Thursday, April 11th – Brigadier General E. Porter Alexander Camp #158 WILL NOT MEET DUE TO MASTERS WEEK COMPLICATIONS.

5/9/24 - Thursday, May 9th – Brigadier General E. Porter Alexander Camp #158 will meet at 7:00 p.m. at Sconyers Bar-B-Que Restaurant at 2250 Sconyers Way. Our guest speaker will be Jim Ridge, who will be speaking about Nathan Bedford Forrest at the battle of Brice's Crossroads in Mississippi.

6/13/24 - Thursday, June 13th – Brigadier General E. Porter Alexander Camp #158 will meet at 7:00 p.m. at Sconyers Bar-B-Que Restaurant at 2250 Sconyers Way. Our guest speaker will be announced later.

7/11/24 - Thursday, July 11th – NO Camp meeting in July - Sconyers Bar-B-Que Restaurant is closed for Independence Day holiday!

8/8/24 - Thursday, August 8th – Brigadier General E. Porter Alexander Camp #158 will meet at 7:00 p.m. at Sconyers Bar-B-Que Restaurant at 2250 Sconyers Way. Our guest speaker will be Tom Plowden, the past commander of the Edgefield Camp. He will be speaking about Charles Whilden, the Flag-Bearer of the S.C. 12th at Muleshoe/Bloody Angle.
